ORDERING

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering from our online store, you agree to comply with the applicable regulations governing distance selling.

We do not sell to persons under 18 years of age. Customers under 18 may only place orders with the consent of a guardian.

Our operations follow the guidelines for e-commerce provided by Finnish consumer authorities.

Orders should primarily be placed through our online store. This ensures that all required information is submitted correctly.

To place an order:

  1. Add products to your cart
  2. Go to the checkout page
  3. Enter your contact details
  4. Select delivery and payment method
  5. Confirm your order

If you are unable to place an order online, you may contact us via email or phone.

A valid email address is required. We will send:

  • Order confirmation
  • Payment details (if applicable)
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking information

An automatic order confirmation will be sent after placing the order. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately by replying to the confirmation email. Please keep the email thread intact.


DELIVERY TIME

In-stock products are typically shipped on the same or next business day after payment is received.

Delivery time for made-to-order products varies. Please contact customer service for more information.


DELIVERY METHODS

FINLAND
Orders are primarily shipped via Matkahuolto.

Matkahuolto Near Parcel:
Delivered either:

  • As a letter directly to your address, or
  • As a parcel to a selected pickup point

You will receive a notification via SMS or email.

Matkahuolto Home Delivery:
You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time once the shipment is in transit.

Freight deliveries (over 50 kg):
€150 per pallet.

Pickup:
Orders can also be collected from Reenis (www.reenis.fi) during opening hours after receiving the “order shipped” notification.

Avarage shipping time 4-7 days-.


PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment methods:

Online Banking & Card Payments (Paytrail)

Payments are processed securely via Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks.

Accepted cards:

  • MasterCard
  • Debit MasterCard

Card details are never stored in our system.

 


MobilePay

Pay easily via the MobilePay app without entering card details.


Invoice (for companies & public sector)

Invoice will be sent via email within a few days.

If using e-invoicing, please provide:

  • E-invoice address (OVT)
  • Business ID
  • Operator details

Invoices are not sent by post.

Invoice fee: €5


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

To cancel:

  • Reply to the order confirmation email
  • Include your bank details if a refund is required

If already shipped, the order must be returned according to return instructions.


RETURNS

Consumers have a 14-day right of return in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.

To return a product:

  • Notify us within 14 days via email
  • Reply to the order confirmation or email info@rsparks.fi

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging

Products must not be put into actual use.

If the product is returned in a non-saleable condition, we may only issue a partial refund.

Return policy does not apply to business purchases.

Customer returns are free of charge.
We refund the product price only — shipping costs are not refunded.


IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Always notify us before returning
  • Incomplete returns will not be processed
  • Incorrect returns may incur handling and shipping fees

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately by replying to the order confirmation email.


REFUNDS

Refunds are issued:

  • To your bank account (IBAN required), or
  • Back to the original payment method

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If an order is not collected and is returned to us:

  • We deduct actual shipping and return costs from the refund
  • Re-delivery costs will be charged separately

Failure to collect an order does not count as a valid return.


WARRANTY

  • AirTrack Factory products: 5-year warranty
  • Other products: typically 1-year warranty

PRICES

All prices include applicable VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to provide accurate and detailed product information.
However, we are not responsible for inaccuracies in manufacturer-provided specifications and reserve the right to make changes.


COMPLAINTS

Customers must report defects without delay.

If a dispute cannot be resolved:

  • Consumers may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board
  • Before that, customers must contact Consumer Advisory Services

Legal action may be taken in Oulu District Court.


BUSINESS SALES

Consumer protection rights do not apply to business customers.

In case of cancellations or returns not caused by us, we may charge reasonable costs (e.g. shipping).

Returns in business sales are always at the customer’s expense.


CUSTOMER DATA

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their information.

Customer data is not shared with third parties, except:

  • Authorities (e.g. police) in case of misuse investigations
